A Story of me! - < She loves Rain >










Let me share four main experiences of mine!

I recovered from a decade of anxiety.❤️‍🩹 I found my way out with help from my therapist, my mom, and most importantly, myself.🩷
Through this experience, my mom learned coping strategies and changed her mindset about mental health. Eventually, she was able to deal with her relationship issues. She stopped crying and smiled more.☺️

My studies in social design in Germany🇩🇪 and my background in communication design sparked my interest in explaining complex systems and theories through visuals.

In 2024, during the final weeks of the semester, I temporarily lost my hearing👂. Scared, I went to the emergency room, only to learn it was caused by clenching my teeth too hard, which strained my muscles.
As someone with therapy experience, I didn’t realize it was a somatization symptom. What about others? Do they recognize how their physical symptoms might be linked to their emotions?

I have worked as a freelance illustrator 🎨 and graphic designer for over five years. As a gamer and fan art lover, I also managed several fan art groups for product-making and cover illustrations.

 




I believe everyone has the power to recover. But I also wish my parents and I had noticed the signs earlier to prevent it from getting worse. That’s why I started the >Restless Room<.





My passion for both mental health and infographics led me to create the >Automatic Thought Map<.









My curiosity and studies in DSI inspired my thesis: >Humming inside us<.








My skills allow me to design branding for >TRJC<, create maps for >Ladies Mile<, curate the >Overload< exhibition, and design characters and decorations for weddings.
