An infographic project introduced Automatic Thoughts and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy

This project created an infographic on Automatic Thoughts and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help the audience understand how automatic thoughts work and improve their thought processes.

In 2021, I started therapy for anxiety. Through this process, I learned how automatic thoughts can shape our mindset and communication.

I also realized many people struggle with similar issues, but we often don’t recognize these patterns—and even when we do, we might not know how to change them.

That’s when I discovered CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy). By learning and practicing it, I saw how it could be used independently as a self-reflection tool. With guidance from a psychologist and insights from David D. Burns’ book Feeling Good, I created this map to help myself and others navigate these challenges.
